The average sales price dipped 0.19% YoY from $498,160 to $497,232.

The average price per square foot subsequently declined from $208.36 to $207.30.

Median price declined 1.5% YoY from $399,990 to $393,995.

The median price per square foot also declined from $196.56 to $194.61.

It really depends on how prepared you are. In this article, I’ll walk you through what to expect so you can get ready in advance. If you have all the necessary info on hand, filling out the mortgage application should take at most 20 minutes.

To apply for a mortgage loan, you must provide the lender with personal financial details and information about the property you wish to finance.
